Root candles are excellent compared to other candles. The quality of these candles surpass the competition. We purchased several fragrances and love them all! If you want a no mess, no soot, long-lasting candle, then Root is for you. The only reason we didn't rate it a 5 star is that sometimes the wick has a "build-up" that needs snipped after a few usages. Definitely recommend this candle.

I was given 2 Legacy candles for mother's day, 1 large jar Vanilla and 1 small jar Ginger Patchouli. Although the Vanilla smells wonderful, I LOVE the Ginger Patchouli! It is the best fragrance I have ever experienced in a candle. Although this fragrance is powerful enough to smell throughout our fairly large home soon after it is lit, it is not too strong at all. I would say it is the perfect candle for me. I also love the fact it is made from bee's wax and natural fragrance since the chemically scented wax candles (named as one of the 'major agers' on Dr Oz show) can be harmful to health.

Lee Teter's panted images of servicemen reflected in the Wall were created with live models using a full length glass panel.

The man on the outside of the wall was originally sketched in fatigues but was later changed to business attire; reflect a more universal image of surviving veterans.

Being one of those surviving veterans I can say that this is a very inspiring piece of art and I am surprised that no one though about doing this before. You may also notice that this must have taken a lot of work to prefect.

This is the fourth different toaster oven I've had experience with. The last one, which was almost $200 from Amazon, lasted 3 years. This previous brand failed because the electronics were on the bottom, below the oven, where grease and cleaning products could destroy the mechanism.

Breville designed the BOV800XL so using it, and cleaning it, won't destroy it.

As a toaster and convection oven, it is very even in toasting and baking quick breads. Roasting a tri-tip in it right now.

Controls are great.

All in all, the best toaster and convection oven ever. And they get used every day around here.

The oven has been working perfectly for 4 months until something unexpectedly happened. The tempered glass on the door shattered for no apparent reason. Shattered while baking cinnamon rolls. I've researched on this subject and it appears that one other reviewer had the same problem. Breville customer service claims that it happens if there was a hard impact. As an electronic gadget fanatic, I take care of all my appliances. Use it with care always.

I called customer service on Dec. 26th and I have to send the unit back to them. I was afraid that warranty would not have covered it, but apparently they do and although it is a rare problem, it can happen! Was told that it will take 2 weeks to repair my oven and another week or so to be returned back to me. So all in all, about 3-4 weeks without an oven! Shipping label is provided by Breville, but I have to find a box to ship it back to them. It's a hassle since it is such a big oven. Though I read many unhappy reviews about customer service, the rep that answered my call after being on hold for 40 minutes, was very nice and helpful. Let's just hope that I receive back my oven in good working condition and no future problems.

Other than the shattered glass, this oven works very well! No problems as others have described. Feel free to comment or ask questions if you need answers.

Please comment if anyone had this problem with their oven.

We have had our Breville convection oven for a couple of years now, and also got one for my mother as a gift. We love it, and use it on a daily basis. For example, we get sliced sourdough bread from the bakery, but it's too wide to fit our toaster, but the Breville will easily toast 6 slices of it.

We also use it for cooking/heating when we don't want to heat up the big oven, or as additional cooking capacity for holiday meals, etc. Easy to use, it has a lot of preset cooking configurations, and it's also easy to tailor the settings to your particular dish.

Also, the sides and top get pretty hot, so if you want extra storage space above it on your counter be sure to get the Breville Bamboo Cutting Board and Serving Tray for Full Smart Oven.

It feels well built, and we love it!
