As a gadget guy, I am fustrated by things that look nice but don't work well. Most pepper mills fall into this category for me, except this one. It is exceptionally reliable, efficient and elegant enough for company use. I won't buy any any other.
I've owned 2 of these for a few years. I can't recommend them, and I'm surprised they are still being sold. They are poorly designed and low quality. If you set the grinder to its coarse setting, it will slip back to its fine setting as soon as you twist it to grind. I've given up trying to get coarse or medium pepper and just leave it set to fine. Both grinders do this.
On one of the grinders, the trim ring at the bottom fell off. Later, the plastic part(it holds the salt) that turns the grinding mechanism broke. The other one hasn't broken yet but has many stress cracks in the plastic.
The salt shaker part of this is marginal, but at least it comes off so you can clean it. The part that holds the pepper does not come apart and you cannot get in there to clean it.
If these only cost a few dollars, I wouldn't complain about them, but they aren't cheap. At this price, they should work much better and last much longer.
I LOOOOOOVE pepper grinders. I have owned at least three. This one caught my eye when I was registering for wedding gifts, but as I was looking at it I discovered that the tops were very wobbly. Only about 1 in 10 turned the way it should. The others were very loose, and did not hug to the pepper mill tightly enough.*****Final Thoughts*****
There are plenty of good pepper mills out there, and most of them grind pretty well. I'm sure this one did to, but the salt-topper/grinding handle was not secure enough for comfortable use.

I received pink rose bud yesterday. I realized right away it's not the color I thought it would be. I also thought it would be a hot pink. the color is ok but I had to put 3 applications. Nice color but not what I wanted. Guess I'll have to order something else. I do love the shellac though it's awesome.
I have not ordered this bottle from Amazon but just got my nails done in the salon with Rose Bud. The picture posted is significantly different than what the color is in real life. Warning- it's a much paler pink.
I like soft pinks and found that this is too hot pink for me. One of the reviews thought it wasn't pink enough. I like more subtal tones, so this was not for me, even using one coat. I will never use it again. The one I love so far is Negligee. Althought the bottle is acually white, the color is a classic, beautiful solf pink, see through slightly. Very classy. I would never wear hot pinks, blues or crazy colors. I am going to try some reds for the holidays, I ordered Decadance. I like the color of it in the bottle, but haven't tried it yet.

The paper was what I expected. It arrived in a timely fashion. The ordering process was easy and the service excellent. I'm never disappointed with Amazon.
Don't let the high shipping charge stop you from buying these. If you do the math using the entire price including shipping, and compare price by how much paper you're getting, its still many times cheaper to buy these sheets than box after box of parchment paper at the store. The paper seems identical and the pre-cut sheets are so much more convenient to use. They lay flat and I don't have to deal with the ragged edges I got when I tried to tear some off in a hurry from the serrated edge of a box.
This parchment is great. It can be used over and over until you finish a whole batch of cookies and the sheet is still good . I use it under meat and potato dishes in the oven with carrot and onions and nothing sticks. Jelly and caramel apples don't stick. It saves a lot of time washing and scrubbing. Just love it. There are so many uses. Very well satisfied with products purchased through Amazon.com

The quality of the images and the flexibility of the interface make this product excellent for high-end consumer use or commercial use. Keep in mind that this is the POE (Power Over Ethernet) version and does *not* come with a normal (plug in the wall) power pack. You need to either have or buy separately a POE injector that essentially powers the camera via the CAT5 ethernet cable that it connects to.
I connected mine with a Trendnet POE injector and an ASUS 330ge portable access point and I am able to view images (very detailed images) over the internet via my password protected administrator account on Panasonic's ViewNet.com website. Unlike other cameras, Panasonic includes the ability to view, rotate, zoom, and if you connect a microphone, even listen remotely.
This camera is much more powerful than those from the the cheaper (no optical zoom) cameras. The optical zoom on this camera is a 21x optical zoom and I can tell you that not only is it powerful, but this Made in Japan camera has a very good lens that can allow you to not only view a car from across the street... not only read the license plate from the car across the street... but you can even read the expiration date on the registration tag; the zoom lens is that good!
In addition to the above mentioned functions, you can also rotate the camera about 360 degrees and it can look up at about 90 degree and down (but given base, it's not 90 degrees down). On top of that, it also has advanced function that will allow to see well in the dark (low lux) and even record images to your computer and/or a built in SD card reader.
Those of you just looking for an inexpensive camera to watch fido or keep watch on the baby-sitter will normally be fine with one of the less expensive Panasonic units (also w/ free web access). On the other hand, those of you looking for something more powerful, yet does not require a professional installer to set up, then this may be the camera for you.

This camera was great-once I final got it working.
The camera is powered by a POE hub or a separate additional a/c adapter neither of which are included with the camera. Would have been nice to know this BEFORE purchase. For a $800 item you would think that Panasonic would include a way to TURN IT ON, but NO. The ac adapter is item BB-HCA3A (about $40)- or at least warn buyers to get the a/c adapter.
This was very inconvient because after 4 hours of research to figure this out, I had to order the a/c adapter and pay for overnight shipping.
